All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. All orders are shipped by Canada Post or USPS.
We are happy to provide all free shipping on all orders with a delivery destinations in the USA (lower 48 states) and Canada.
If applicable, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been fulfilled.
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the USA and Canada. We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in the USA and Canada only. Any shipments outside of the USA and Canada are not available at this time.
Please allow for additional time for shipping due to Covid-19. Although we do our very best to get your order out as quickly as possible we have no control over how long it takes for your order to arrive once it leaves our facility.
The estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1-3 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
